It can be easier to focus using Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation in essence is about helping our self to develop inner peace, calmness, respect and a sense of tranquility but it is also about helping our self to grow as a respectable person in the society. Meditation is about helping our self with our mind and the way our mind influences our life.

A guided meditation is about our imagination that leads on a particular journey with the purpose of achieving our goals and realizations through purposeful contemplation and reflection. Many human beings prefer guided meditation because even if we fall asleep we will still benefit from it subconsciously.

A simple guided meditation will help us to achieve positive emotions, deep relaxation and release negative emotions or beliefs that are preventing us from being further enlightened. When we enter into deep relaxation with great deliberation we can only touch on experiences and feelings that are usually hidden in unreachable parts of our mind.  It enables us to become more positive in our regular work, goals, contemplation and reflection relating to past experiences that we have had, and we can also replace negative programming with more confidence and believing our self.

What I had found in the past is that every meditation practitioner is totally different and I have even found the meditation practitioners from one meditation center to another can vary in their guiding process, so we need to find the right guide who best works for us. Choosing the right guide is more important.
